This mural was painted around the entire room! The walls were painted blue by the homeowner to keep the cost of the mural down and they supplied me with the ceiling color which I used to paint the scalloped "canopy" and curtains. The effect when you walk into this room is that you are in a canopy covered outdoor room up in the clouds. A guard dragon sleeps on a nearby cloud to keep the princess safe while she sleeps. Purple and pink roses accent the curtains and the posts of the cloud rope bridge that connects this room to the castle in the distance.
